Tower loop
The Tower Loop path allows visitors to get a cardio workout from the hike and mix in a bit of strength training along the way. The 4-mile trail includes multiple stopping points with outdoor fitness stations. At the end of the loop is a medieval-style tower that is a great place for photographs.
Hillview Trail
This exciting trail is located conveniently in Eisenhower Park. Although the 3-mile trail is short, it's challenging. There are plenty of steep and rocky terrain to keep things interesting during your hike. The local military base also uses this trail for training, and the views of downtown you get from the lookout deck are hard to match.
Cibolo Nature Center

Cibolo Nature Center has its own trail. This hike is also short, at around three miles. However, throughout the hike, visitors will walk through several different ecosystems. This makes it a great place to go if you're looking for landscape photography opportunities or want to experience what nature has to offer.
